Before sending any photo's to us you must read through and agree to our user agreement.

By clicking 'Agree' you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all parts of the agreement

• Photographs used for publication will be selected at the sole discretion of meridianohvpark.com website administrator. Meridianohvpark.com reserves the right not to use any print that does not meet acceptable standards for composition and quality.
• All submissions are subject to editorial changes. Editorial changes may include, but are not limited to one or any of the following: cropping, resizing, photo retouching. These changes will be made at the sole discretion of the meridianohvpark.com website administrator.
• By submitting a photograph, you are declaring that the photograph is, in fact, taken by yourself, not sold or owned by any other party, and is not a reproduction of another person’s work in part or in whole. Meridianohvpark.com is not responsible for inadvertent copyright violations of any materials submitted by entrants. All materials are assumed to be original works provided by the entrant.
• By submitting a photo, you grant to meridianohvpark.com the right to use and publish your photo online. Meridianohvpark.com reserves the right to display ANY image sent through this system.
• Should a user wish to have any image(s) removed from the site and/or archive they should contact the website administrator, this may take up to 10 working days.
• Only images deemed suitable for the public audience will be accepted, any images deemed unsuitable will be deleted.
• By submitting an original photograph, participants release and hold harmless meridianohvpark.com, their owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the submission of the photograph.
• No responsibility is assumed by meridianohvpark.com for lost, misdirected, or illegible submissions. Meridianohvpark.com is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by meridianohvpark.com users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this submission or by any technical or human error which may occur.
